About The Position

Volkswagen of Des Moines is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Service Porter to join our growing team. Your Day Summary: Greet and assist customers as they arrive to drop off their vehicles for service. Support Vehicle Flow & Sales Operations Assist With Transportation Needs Deliver vehicles and assist the shuttle driver as required. Keep Vehicles Looking Their Best Thoroughly clean, detail, and maintain all vehicles to ensure top presentation. Maintain Vehicle Readiness Check and adjust tire pressure, add air, and refuel vehicles as needed. Spot Issues Early Identify general vehicle repairs or building maintenance concerns and inform management. Maintain Dealership Appearance Ensure the showroom, lot, and store—both inside and out—are clean, organized, and welcoming. Run Helpful Errands - Complete miscellaneous errands to support store operations. What You Bring Confident Vehicle Operation Ability to operate a wide range of cars, light trucks, and vans, including both automatic and manual transmissions. Requirements

Ability to operate a wide range of cars, light trucks, and vans, including both automatic and manual transmissions.
