About The Position

LR Associates, LLC is a veteran-owned federal government contractor providing facilities management and other services to various government customers. We support our customers with highly skilled personnel and provide customized solutions to accomplish the mission.
We are seeking a Full-Time Porter to provide cleaning services for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.
Applicants must be US citizens and possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance. Minimum of two years of cleaning experience including six months of floor buffing experience required.

Requirements

• Possess an active Top-Secret SCI Clearance
• Minimum of two years of cleaning experience including six months of floor buffing experience required
• Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time
• Ascending/Descending stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently
• May be required to lift up to 30 lbs

Responsibilities

• Buffing the floors
• Performing cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the lobby area, hallways and bathrooms
• Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refilling all paper products, clean kitchen/break areas
• Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers
