About The Position

SCA is seeking an energetic and dependable Porter to provide commercial property services at various retail and highway locations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience
• Outdoor work experience preferred
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug testing
• Safe operation of a pickup truck required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and perform moderate manual labor throughout the shift

• Outdoor work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate a pickup truck to complete assigned stops on a scheduled route
• Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
• Perform general labor duties including:
• Litter pickup along highways and public areas
• Cleaning and maintenance at commercial properties
• Leaf blowing and sidewalk clearing
• Trash bag replacement and disposal
• Property walks to identify maintenance or safety issues
