About The Position

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Prepares customer vehicles with protective materials for service and removes them after service
Washes exterior, vacuums interior, or vehicles before delivering back to the customer after completion of service
Ensures Courtesy Vehicles are kept clean and fueled between customer uses.
Communicates damage and needed maintenance to management
Participated in Pick Up & Delivery services for Service Department Customers
Cleaning and maintaining the service areas, including the service drive and lot
Removing trash and debris from the premises
Assisting with special events or promotions as needed
Directing customers to the right departments or personnel
