Responsibilities

Keep communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming
Pick up trash
Clean pet waste stations
Trash out apartments
Perform light painting tasks
Complete housekeeping tasks
Support maintenance teams as needed
Maintain a clean, well-kept appearance of the community
Complete tasks thoroughly
Perform planting, weeding, and maintenance of outdoor spaces
Operate equipment including backpack blowers, power washers, and golf carts/trailers
