Now, for the first time in nearly a century, this historic restaurant and landmark will be open to the public. Located along the picturesque coastline of the Pacific Ocean and Butterfly Beach, it will blend its storied past with a modern approach, featuring Chef Thomas Keller's reimagined Continental cuisine for today's contemporary audience. Qualified individuals should possess a keen attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill of a minimum of 1 year of experience, the individual must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a team collaborator.
