Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning tasks in various areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies, ensuring everything is prepared for daily operations.
• Assist with setup and teardown for events, ensuring all required materials are accessible.
• Conduct minor maintenance tasks and report any major issues to the facilities management team.
• Provide excellent customer service by being approachable and assisting customers with inquiries.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
