Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a cleaning or custodial role is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Keep all areas of the facility clean, including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance checks, ensuring that the environment is safe and functional.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events or meetings.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, ordering new stock as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with guests and responding to their needs.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
• Follow all safety and cleanliness protocols as directed.
