About The Position

This position is involved with facility maintenance duties and customer interface. You will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of the grounds and commons areas, including but not limited to, walkways, stairwells, and the garage. Light maintenance duties may include changing light bulbs and assisting in all other areas of the location.

Requirements

• A high school degree is required.
• One year related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend verbal instructions and written correspondence.
• Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with other employees and the parking customer.

Nice To Haves

• Background in the service industry is desired, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors.
• Sometimes using ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings and dusts and polishes light fixtures. Washes and replaces blinds.
• Moves cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas. May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
• May also sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal.
• Performs tasks given in a timely manner with the pre-established work standards that all jobs are performed with no damage to the property and equipment.
• Responsible at all times for reviewing, understanding and acknowledging in writing when requested, the company provided policies and procedures that directly support completing my required work duties.
• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
