Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided during work hours)
• Ability to drive a full-sized van
• Experience in building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, cosmetic repairs, painting, etc.)
• Familiarity with smartphones, email, and mapping tools
• Strong ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Physical capability to perform job duties, with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of LVF properties
• Provide safe and timely transportation for LVF clients as scheduled
• Use computer systems to manage work orders and communicate via email
