About The Position
Premium Facility Services is seeking a self-motivated and energetic Porter to join their team. This position is crucial for maintaining the public image of their facilities by providing uncompromising cleanliness and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, providing personalized service, and prefers an informal schedule not confined to a 9-5 or fast food service environment.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including overnight and weekends
- Self-motivated, responsible, reliable and detail-oriented
- Proven compliance with policies and procedures
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to 8 hours at a time and work outdoors
Responsibilities
- Providing meticulous upkeep of flat lot parking locations, including cutting grass, cleaning pay machine shelters, removing debris and trash, and installing or moving signage
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers
- Performing all designated maintenance and cleaning tasks in a timely manner
- Maintaining equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition
