We are seeking a detail-oriented porter to assist two beautiful communities in Anaheim and Garden Grove, CA. The work schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job
  • Must be able to complete scheduled, routine tasks quickly and efficiently without supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Some custodial or general maintenance experience preferred
  • Experience as a Porter in Multifamily is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Minor landscape maintenance where required, including plant care and litter removal.
  • With minimal supervision, assist with maintaining the physical asset at the assigned community as established by the Service Manager and Business Manager.
  • Responsible for the daily upkeep of community curb appeal, common facilities, and parking lots, including removing debris, cigarette butts, and pet waste from the grounds.
  • Clean vacant units to a rent-ready condition.
  • Check and replace exterior lighting regularly.
  • Inspect the property daily for liability issues, maintenance needs, and curb appeal, providing immediate feedback to the Service Manager and/or Business Manager.
  • Perform minor repairs such as drywall patching, painting touch-ups, and fixture replacements as directed to maintain property standards
  • Touch-up painting of interior and exterior hard surfaces
  • Assist residents with service requests and follow-up to ensure completion and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness of amenities: wash interior glass windows, tile flooring, vacuum carpets in the office, wipe down interior and exterior railings and lights, remove cobwebs, and check and clean barbeque grills.
