About The Position

Position Summary Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Primary responsibility is general cleaning of office spaces and building on the property Essential Duties & Responsibilities Other duties may include general cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained.

Requirements

• Must be flexible, adaptable, and willing to thrive in an ever-changing/fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to travel via personal vehicle or public transportation to various facilities throughout the region.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Able to perform this job safely, without endangering the health or safety of themself or others.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Trash removal
• refilling paper goods
• vacuum
• sweep
• mop floors
• stock restrooms
• clean windows.
• Miscellaneous repairs and maintenance
• ensure the doors are locked after hours.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor.
