About The Position
At Lucky Strike Entertainment, the Porter role offers an exciting opportunity within a vibrant atmosphere. Porters are primarily responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the centers, ensuring a pleasant and guest-ready environment from top to bottom, both inside and out. This position is integral to the guest experience, requiring individuals who are committed to great guest service and capable of handling various cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age or older to qualify for a position
- Night and weekend availability is required
- Proven success in school/previous job experience
- Strong team player & multi-tasker
- Solid communication skills
- A commitment to great guest service
Responsibilities
- Keep the center clean and guest-ready from top to bottom – inside and out
- Assist servers and runners with setup of event tables and displays
- Quickly and safely correct issues such as pin jams, ball return calls, and other malfunctions that occur during guest play
- Perform minor building maintenance as needed
