Must be available to work the following schedule: 2:45 p.m. - 11:30 p.m. Days off are to be determined.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a porter in a luxury hotel or residential environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cleaning common areas.
Taking out trash and recycling.
Inspecting furniture, décor, and other fixtures for any needed repairs or deep cleaning.
Bringing any safety, physical appearance, or maintenance issues to a managers attention.
Making sure there are adequate cleaning and repair supplies.
Helping residents with deliveries (such as groceries, newspapers, dry cleaning, packages, etc.).
Working the service elevator.
Assisting with emergency response service (such as sidewalk snow removal)
