About The Position
Quantum Rehabilitation and Nursing has openings for Full-time Porters Shifts available: Full-time 8am-4pm, rotating weekends This is a union position with union benefits! PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (Including but not limited to): Perform the day-to-day activities of the Housekeeping department in accordance with State, Federal, Health and Company standards. Must follow instructions by the Director of Housekeeping Services, to ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe manner. Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, room heating/cooling units, in restrooms, recreational areas, etc., daily as instructed. Discard waste/trash in proper containers and reline trash receptacles with a plastic liner. Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds. Ensure that work/cleaning schedules are followed as closely as possible
Requirements
- Managing time effectively and having good organizational skills.
- Experienced or on the job training
