Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Drive Greeter / Porter with a background in hospitality. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers while ensuring the service drive operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival in the service drive
- Provide a welcoming, hospitality-driven experience for all guests
- Accurately track and document vehicle locations after parking
- Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles as needed
- Ensure all vehicles are vacuumed and presented cleanly before return
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area
- Keep parking areas orderly and efficiently arranged
- Assist service advisors and team members as needed
