About The Position

Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for a Porter for a luxury apartment community in the general Las Vegas area. The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Pre-employment background and drug testing are required.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities.
- Policing the grounds and parking areas.
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting.
- Assisting the maintenance staff upon request.
