About The Position

Were looking to build the best teams possible with highly motivated and engaged employees. We have an exciting opportunity for a Porter to join one of our Bronx properties. Schedule: Thursdays- 12:00-8:30pm, Fridays, 7am-3:30pm, Saturdays, 7am-3:30pm, Sundays,7am-3:30pm, Mondays, 12pm-8:30pm, OFF Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year or more of Porter experience (building cleaning experience will be considered)
• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs.) is required
• Must be available to work weekends, overnights and/or overtime

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning common areas and vacant apartments
• Maintain exterior areas
• Collect and sort trash
• Salt and shovel snow during inclement weather
• Some minor handy work may include changing light bulbs, replacing blinds and small paint touch-up jobs
