The job primarily involves outdoor work at commercial/retail shopping centers, regardless of weather conditions. Safety is a top priority, with a dedicated Safety Coordinator and monthly safety meetings, ensuring employees are protected and equipped with proper PPE. Applicants must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen and the organization participates in E-Verify.

Requirements

Active driver license
Clean driving record
Self-starter with the work ethic necessary to operate on their own for most of the day
Pass a background check

Responsibilities

Picking up litter
Wiping/cleaning surfaces such as windowsills, trash can lids, benches, etc.
Changing trash bags in outdoor trash cans
Cleaning out dumpster enclosures, breaking down boxes, lifting/moving heavy pallets, furniture, etc.
Other building maintenance work as needed
Driving a company pickup truck to and from jobsites
May also be required to do some work on ladders/roofs or near retention ponds
