About The Position

The Porter is responsible for moving and cleaning vehicles, performing various tasks and errands for the dealership. This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Up to 3 years of work experience in automotive or related field.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills to utilize timekeeping system.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
• Regular and predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience in a dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Moves cars.
• Delivers cars to customers.
• Keeps car lot clean and orderly.
• Runs various errands for the dealership.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Participates in required training.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
• Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
• Demonstrates the Company's Core Values.
• Complies with Company policies and procedures.
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
