The Utility Porter position at Barona Resort & Casino is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the casino, including the casino floor, restrooms, and back of house areas. The role requires a commitment to providing excellent service to both staff and players while adhering to safety standards and maintaining a professional appearance.

Clean all mirrors and glass.
Polish all surfaces throughout the casino.
Clean ashtrays and trash receptacles.
Remove trash from all receptacles.
Sweep and mop floors.
Use heavy-duty machines to extract carpet and scrub/polish floors.
Clean and re-supply restrooms.
Restock casino floor cabinets and Porter pick up room.
Remove cups, trays, and change out dirty ashtrays in gaming areas.
Sweep and vacuum all carpeted areas.
Clean elevators and change out elevator mats.
Remove fingerprints from elevator walls.
Clean or exchange dirty and/or damaged Slot and Table Games chairs.
Clean bio-hazards as necessary.
Adhere to safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Report unsafe conditions and required repairs to supervisors.
Provide excellent player service.
Maintain a professional appearance with a crisp uniform and good personal hygiene.
Assist supervisors and management as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to communicate in English desired.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to read and follow instructions.
CA Driver's License with a good driving record preferred.
Housekeeping and/or previous cleaning experience in a similar position strongly desired.
