About The Position
The position involves maintaining the cleanliness, sanitary condition, and safety of the venue while interacting with fellow team members, guests, and supervisors in a polite and courteous manner to ensure gracious hospitality. The role requires anticipation and accommodation of all team members and guests' needs, providing help, training, and support to fellow team members, and possessing general knowledge of food/beverage menus and retail merchandise. Compliance with health standards and safety codes is essential, along with ensuring the maintenance and orderliness of the venue.
