About The Position

The Porter/Storekeeper at Capital One Lounge is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the front of the house, ensuring a smooth flow of service during meal times. This full-time position requires open availability and involves various tasks such as cleaning, dishwashing, and assisting with deliveries, all while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Must have open availability and be able to pass a TSA background screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.
• Bus, clear, and clean tables during peak service times and prep before service.
• Follow safety procedures when transporting dishes and utensils to the kitchen area.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment to maintain sanitation standards.
• Scrape and rinse food from dishes and wash them by hand or in a dishwasher as assigned.
• Ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation of display equipment during meal service.
• Help receive heavy deliveries and transport them to assigned storage areas while observing safe lifting standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring proper presentation and maintenance of serving temperatures.
