Job Requirements: Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within the service parking lot. Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, fielding customer requests, and other duties. Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed. Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs. Remove the steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management Provide transportation for customers Must be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors QualificationsJob Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary. Must be energetic and able to walk at a fast pace and stand for 8 hours a day Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles Must be able to lift 50 pounds by self more than 50 with assistance Must be able to tolerate harsh weather conditions: excessive heat and excessive cold Must be able and willing to spend most of the day outdoors
