Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
1-3 months of related experience preferred
Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings
Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly
Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management
Demonstrate exceptional customer service to residents
Adhere to company policies and seek opportunities for personal growth
Complete required tasks on set designated days in a timely manor.
Maintain logs and records when applicable
