About The Position
The Collision Center is looking for a dedicated and reliable Porter/Parts Helper to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time position offers an opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry. As a Porter/Parts Helper, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations of our collision center by assisting with the receipt and organization of parts, as well as ensuring that the facility runs smoothly. Training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills for this role, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in automotive services. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving parts deliveries, checking them for accuracy, and organizing them in the appropriate locations. You will also assist technicians by retrieving parts as needed and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work atmosphere. This is a full-time position with a pay range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule consists of 8-hour shifts during the day, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as needed.
