They are responsible for maintaining the clean and hygienic condition of the property’s premises and facilities. This is a part time role with a flexible schedule working between Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.

Requirements

• General interest in custodial and/or maintenance work and an ability to demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and being on call.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairing and maintaining the community features.
• Ensure a safe and clean-living experience for our residents.
• Maintain a high-level of customer service.
• Walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.
• Perform other duties as required.
