About The Position

The Porter maintains cleanliness throughout assigned areas, including casino floor, bathrooms, and restaurants.

Requirements

• Prior experience preferred
• Must be 21yrs of age

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming floors
• Cleaning Tivoli lights, railings, and brass
• Emptying refuse containers
• Wiping down counters, machines, and tables
• Cleaning up spills, including drinks, ashtrays, broken glass, and bio-hazardous waste
• Providing courteous customer service
• Maintaining bathrooms
• Use of all cleaning agents (chemicals) used within the department
• Must be able to accurately read and write the correct time of day
• Must be knowledgeable of all public area locations (guest service)
• Must be able to communicate, read and write in English
• Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service
• Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct
