About The Position

We're seeking a dependable and service-oriented Porter with basic maintenance knowledge to support the daily upkeep of a luxury high-rise community. This role is primarily focused on maintaining cleanliness and presentation across the property, while also assisting with light maintenance tasks as needed. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Requirements

• Previous porter, housekeeping, or maintenance experience preferred
• Basic maintenance knowledge (painting touch-ups, minor repairs, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, amenities, and garage spaces
• Perform daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, and power washing
• Manage waste areas, including compactors, recycling, and cardboard breakdown
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and report any safety or repair needs
• Maintain outdoor and shared areas such as pool, building perimeter, and common spaces
• Support residents with deliveries and general requests as needed
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are safe, clean, and well-organized
