We are currently seeking a reliable and outgoing Porter Lot Attendant to join our team. Requirements

Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
Strong focus on safety and customer service.
Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions accurately.
Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy objects as required.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers as they arrive at the service department with a friendly and professional attitude.
Assist with directing customers to Service Advisors or Sales Personnel efficiently.
Move customer vehicles around the lot and service areas, ensuring vehicles remain clean and free from damage.
Install disposable protective coverings, such as seat covers and floor mats, on vehicles brought in for service.
Deliver keys and repair orders to the appropriate Service Advisors after parking vehicles.
Retrieve vehicles for customers at pickup, thank customers for their business, and ensure a positive experience.
Follow all safety and security procedures consistently.
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
