About The Position

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for serving as the community’s silent salesperson by performing the following duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Possession of valid Virginia Driver’s License and proof of insurance (if running company errands for the property or traveling between properties).
• Willingness to complete time sensitive projects after regular hours when necessary.
• Must be willing to travel sometimes on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
• Maintenance Support: Performing light, routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting, and basic repairs.
• Trash and Exterior Upkeep: Removing trash from building perimeters, cleaning lobby areas, and maintaining exterior curb appeal
• Other: Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
