Requirements

• Have worked in a building with 200+ units.
• Have experience in student housing.
• Have worked at least 2 full turn seasons.
• Available to work overtime and weekends.
• Have experience with dealing with 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Report any damages, complaints, or requests to the supervisor.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected and up to company standards.
• Follow all health and safety regulations from OSHA and company.
• Provide great customer service.
