About The Position

Habitat America, LLC is seeking a parttime Porter/Groundskeeper in Baltimore, Maryland for The Terrace at Park Heights Senior Apartments! This fast growing, property management company is largely based in the Mid-Atlantic region. Applicants who are qualified for this position have basic entry level maintenance experience. It is imperative that the Porter be able to work independently and also as a member of a team. This position is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and assisting the Maintenance Technicians when needed. In addition to grounds, the position will assist with technical maintenance tickets, assist with unit turnovers and may assist with on-call rotation. Requirements

Energetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a team
Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver's license
Requires extensive mobility and excellent physical condition - able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able and willing to work weekends and be part of an on-call rotation as necessary
