Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Previous grounds or maintenance experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Shovel sidewalks and maintain walkways
- Walk the property and pick up trash
- Perform trash-outs in vacant units
- Lift and move items as needed
- Work outdoors in cold weather conditions
