About The Position

This is a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper position at The Lodge at Shavano Park, a Management Support property located at 3838 Lockhill-Selma Rd. San Antonio, TX 78230, which features 370 apartment units. The hourly pay rate ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 for a 40-hour work week. Management Support (MS) manages luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments, currently overseeing approximately 13,500 Class A units across 36 properties. • Grounds care
