About The Position
Carteret Management Corporation is seeking a PART TIME PORTER/GROUNDSKEEPER responsible for the cleaning and grounds keeping of an apartment community located in Saint Petersburg. This position offers permanent part-time employment. Schedule Flexible schedule of 24 hours per week during normal business hours, Monday-Friday. Benefits Personal Time Off and Holiday Pay. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Prior custodial experience a plus.
- Ability to perform general custodial duties.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).

Responsibilities
- Work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
- Perform such functions as clearing debris from grounds, cleaning office and common areas.
- Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
- Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.
