Job Description: As a Porter/Groundskeeper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our property remains an attractive and comfortable place to call home. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in groundskeeping or janitorial work is preferred.
Knowledge of basic landscaping and maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

Regularly mow lawns, trim shrubs, and maintain flower beds.
Ensure that sidewalks and parking areas are clear of debris and safe for residents.
Perform routine landscaping tasks to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of the property.
Keep common areas, such as the clubhouse, lobby, and restrooms, clean and well-maintained.
Remove trash and maintain trash receptacles in all designated areas.
Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs.
Interact with residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
