This is a full-time Porter/Groundskeeper position at Las Colinas at Black Canyon, a Management Support property with 304 apartment units located in Phoenix, AZ. Management Support (MS) manages its own luxury Class A and B+ multifamily apartments, currently overseeing about 13,500 Class A units across 36 properties. The company is dedicated to providing residents an outstanding living experience with high-level service and no deferred maintenance. They are seeking organized, responsible individuals who take pride in their work and are looking for stability at work with other dedicated employees.
