About The Position

As a Groundskeeper, you will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that the community meets its appearance and operational standards. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, which includes the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas. You will also assist in preparing vacant apartments for new residents and complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks ensuring community appearance and operational standards.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in by new residents.
• Complete resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
