Porter/Groundskeeper

About the position

E&S Ring is a leading residential property management company with apartment communities located in some of the most desired neighborhoods across California. In addition to having our communities strategically positioned in the heart of these neighborhoods, we also have a long-standing reputation as the cool kids on the block. We have an opportunity at our Marina Del Rey property as a Porter/Groundskeeper so that you'll be up close and personal to where all the magic happens!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the grounds and common areas.
• Perform light maintenance duties.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiar with basic tools and chemicals.
• Ability to function effectively in a customer service environment.
