Porter Seeking a full time Porter/Grounds Associate to join Kane Realty Corporation, a Raleigh based company with significant growth potential. As a Porter/Grounds Associate, you will assist the team in ensuring the overall cleanliness and proper appearance in common areas, leasing office, restrooms, amenities and vacant apartments.

Requirements

• The Porter/Grounds Associate must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees.
• Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to have a strong attention to detail and handle multi-tasking throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Clean the common areas, leasing office, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a regular basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensure all vacant apartment homes and model units are freshened regularly to maintain market ready appeal.
• Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager or Property Manager.
• Keep the Service Manager and Property Manager informed of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies & uses them according to instructions on the labels.
• Assist in other areas as appropriate which may include watering plants, picking up trash, monitoring for pet waste.
