About The Position
Griffin Ford is looking for a dependable Detail / Porter to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in clean vehicles, stays motivated, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission is a plus
- Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all Wisconsin weather
Responsibilities
- Wash and vacuum customer vehicles after service
- Clean and detail inventory, loaners, and sales vehicles
- Move vehicles around the lot and between departments
- Keep the wash bay, detail area, and shop parking clean and organized
- Help maintain a clean and professional customer-ready appearance at all times
- Assist with general duties as needed (shuttles, retrieving vehicles, etc.)
