About The Position
Rev up your hospitality career as a Bellman/Porter, where you'll be the first and last point of contact, ensuring guests experience a smooth and sophisticated arrival and departure. With your prompt and courteous service, you'll be the driving force behind a seamless and memorable guest experience. Provide courteous and attentive customer service, assisting guests with their belongings, offering information, and creating a positive and welcoming experience.Escorts residents to their desired location, moving luggage and other belongings as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing traffic at the valet station, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and maintaining order in the designated area.Act as a communication link between guests and other hotel departments, facilitating requests and ensuring effective coordination of services.
Requirements
- Ideally one-year experience as a bellman/porter preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays according to department needs
- Valid driver's license that meets the needs of our insurance carrier
- Must be at least 18 years of age
