About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter & Maintenance Associate to help keep our restaurant clean, organized, and ready to serve our guests each day. This position plays a key role in both maintaining a spotless environment and ensuring that all deliveries are checked in and stored properly.

Requirements

Previous experience in porter, janitorial, custodial, or restaurant work preferred (but not required)
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods
Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Responsibilities

Receive and check in all incoming produce, meat, and paper goods
Verify deliveries against invoices for accuracy
Organize and properly store all items in designated areas (walk-ins, dry storage, etc.)
Rotate stock and maintain a clean and orderly storage environment
Clean and sanitize booths, tables, and chairs
Wipe down and polish the bar area
Deep clean and restock restrooms
Clean and maintain restaurant equipment and floors
Empty trash and replace liners
Perform light maintenance tasks as needed
Ensure all cleaning is completed before opening hours
