  • Prepare food quickly and accurately from reading a kitchen ticket
  • Prepare food including cleaning and cutting ingredients and cooking entrees, desserts, and appetizers
  • Maintain food safety, sanitation standards and proper personal hygiene
  • Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen areas
  • Ability to place cases, pans, and utensils on both low and high shelves
  • Ability to work in a hot, damp environment
  • Wash work areas like walls, floors, and cooking equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a hot, damp environment
