About The Position
The position of Port Engineer is to assist the Vessel Manager with the management and oversight of the equipment owned and/or rented by the company. This is a two and one schedule whereby the Port Engineer will rotate with the Vessel Manager. The Port Engineers works together with the Vessel Manager and, while Vessel Manager is on leave, reports directly to the VP Technical Department for Equipment related issues. For logistic and project related issues the Port Engineer reports directly to the Project Manager of the project the equipment is assigned to.
