You will greet customers, gather vehicle and service information, and assist the Service Advisors with daily operations.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations
- Strong multitasking skills in a high-volume environment
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read and understand safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, computer software, internet use, and general math
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers entering the service area and direct them appropriately
- Manage service drive traffic flow and parking
- Verify customer appointments
- Collect and record customer information including name, VIN, tag number, mileage, and existing vehicle damage
- Assist at the service counter and answer incoming calls
- Support Service Advisors with assigned tasks
