About The Position

Porsche Salt Lake City is looking for a energetic Sales Valet to join our high-performance service team. Porsche Salt Lake City is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Valet to join our team. What you’ll do The Porsche Sales Valet will greet customers, move vehicles, and work with the Sales Team to make sure our guests receive first class experience at all times. The goal is to create an exceptional brand experience to build loyalty to both Porsche and our dealership group. This position interacts daily with our guests, Sales Managers, the Brand Ambassadors, and Service staff.

Requirements

  • Technically Proficient with Apple & Microsoft Applications & Technologies
  • Must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.

Responsibilities

  • OBTAIN AND MAINTAIN HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SCORES Treat all guests in an enthusiastic, courteous and helpful manner and strive for complete satisfaction at all times.
  • Promptly follow-up with guests and fully answer their questions or address their concerns, seek assistance if necessary or appropriate.
  • Implement and maintain current standards for guest treatment that define courteous, professional behavior and foster the goal of complete customer satisfaction.
  • Move vehicles between the storage lot, showroom and staging areas.
  • Respond quickly to the needs of the department and the customers
  • ASSIST IN CREATING AND MAINTAINING A PROFESSIONAL POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT Maintain a good working relationship with the Brand Ambassadors and Managers to effectively, efficiently, and positively communicate ideas and information.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Conduct oneself in a manner that brings credit to the dealership.
  • Dress in a professional manner that is in accordance with dealership policy.
