indiGO Auto Group's Porsche Marin dealership is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers and carefully recording their concerns to generate accurate work orders. You will track the status of open repair orders throughout the day, keeping both customers and dispatchers updated with approvals and delays. It is essential to obtain the necessary training to understand what is covered under warranty for each franchise. You will also perform regular and scheduled contacts with previous customers to make appointments for maintenance items. Additionally, you will ensure that all customers are notified when ordered parts arrive and schedule appointments for the work to be done. You will assist the cashier in closing tickets and notify customers when their vehicles are ready for pickup. Furthermore, you will explain repair order charges to customers and promptly notify the service manager of any customer service problems. Striving to meet management's metrics for sales per repair order, total gross profit, repair orders per day, and customer satisfaction scores is also a key part of this role.
